We are looking for somebody working remotely from the North of Taiwan.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Customer acquisition: Assist in proactively identifying and acquiring new customers, contributing to the expansion of the customer portfolio and continued growth in the region. 
• Customer consulting & Business development: Learn the ropes of technical sales and work alongside the Sales Manager by assisting in providing expert advice to potential and existing customers, developing tailored CAD/CAM solutions to meet their needs.
• Product presentations: Support in organizing and attending product presentations delivered by our application engineers, showcasing the capabilities of our CAD/CAM products in real-world applications. 
• Representation of OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events: Establishing new contacts, maintaining existing relationships and increasing the visibility and success of our company through an active presence at trade fairs and events.
• Long-term customer loyalty: Assist in maintaining and strengthening long-term customer relationships, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Sales cycle management: Learn and support the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals my mastering CRM Management and Sales Administration, preparing quotes and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Team and the Sales Manager to ensure the best solutions are proposed to customers.
• Reporting: Report on activities and results, gaining insights into sales strategies and progress

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: You may have some experience in sales or customer management, ideally in technical fields, or you are eager to start your career in sales. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.
• Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of CAD/CAM, technical processes and manufacturing technologies. 
• Computer skills: Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way. 
• Negotiation skills: You are recognized for your strong commercial acumen with a focus on long-term relationship building. 
• Strong team spirit: Collaborative with the ability to work effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset: Proactive with a hunter mentality to drive growth.
• Detail-oriented: Organized and comfortable with technology to accurately update and manage CRM data.
• Language skills: Mandarin mother tongue and English B2 fluent.
• Driving license: TW driving license and flexibility to travel occasionally within Taiwan.
• Location: Northern part of Taiwan
